Congratulation on our Institute cooperated with Shenzhen jishang building decoration design engineering limited company for winning the bid of design works for Shenzhen Dental Hospital (Pingshan, Phase 1) of Southern Medical University which was tendered by Shenzhen Pingshan health and family planning bureau.

Last for 2 months, the conceptual design of Shenzhen Dental Hospital (Pingshan) done by our Institute has been awarded as the first winning bidder. The Notice of award was displayed in public at 20^th July 2018. Congratulation again!

The design contents: (1) Overall planning and conceptual design for entire project land; In order to ensure the project buildings can realize the integrated functions of medical treatment、teaching、scientific research、prevention、industrial incubation and transformation, and reflect the maximum urban space value, the traffic organization, space echo and the continuation of the internal space with the surrounding land can be realized; The design style should not only reflect the professional characteristics of stomatology, but also reflect the profound history of the university and highlight the cultural connotation. (2) Renovate, reinforce and decorate the vacant buildings in the 1st phase, and design the new temporary functional rooms, including but not limited to conceptual design、preliminary design(include budget estimate making)、shop drawings, as-built drawings、construction coordination, related application and design coordination during the period of construction, inspection and operation management.

Shenzhen dental hospital (Pingshan) of Southern Medical University is located in NO.143 dongzong Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, along S359 Road, about an hour’s drive from downtown. It is planned to build a high level dental medical base integrating medical treatment、teaching、prevention、research and industrial incubation, with a total of 100 beds and 300 detal chairs to be built in two phases. The first phase is located in NO. 143 dongzong Road, Pingshan District, with 30 beds and 60 dental chairs.
